Billing
In addition to the standard
bill, you will also receive a fully itemised invoice. You can also request
a range of reports designed to control expenditure on calls. This unique system,
called Analyzer, will identify group calls made in different time bands or
costing over a predetermined value. You, the customer, can specify the parameters
for this.
Conditions
Cost: Hire Cost
is only £1 per day, plus VAT. This is refunded if you make more than £5 worth
of calls in a particular day.
Charged time: You
do not start paying rental until you receive the equipment. The rental charge
will end the moment you call us to ask for collection.
Delivery Charge:
There is a delivery charge, per collection, irrespective of how many phones
are being delivered or collected.
Deposit: You will
need to pay a deposit, which is fully refundable once the hire is complete.
Call rates: Will
depend on the country and the type of call being made. Whole units will be
charged. Partial units are rounded up to the nearest whole unit. The cost
of a unit in the UK is 16p which for STD National calls lasts 24 seconds peak,
48 seconds off-peak. Premium numbers and International calls as well as Roaming
