Shipping via FedEx

We ship to the USA and Canada via FedEx, who deliver the next business day, normally before 10:30 am. The price for this service will depend on the weight of the parcel but is typically GBP 20 (until the end of April, this will be reduced by 50%). The on-line shopping cart will give you an exact price before asking you for card details.

Payment

We take Visa, MasterCard and debit cards (Switch, Delta, Visa). Larger orders will need to be paid for by Wire Transfer. For card orders, we need to ship to the registered name and address of the card holder.

We will need an authorization form in the following cases:

• All Visa orders
• If the delivery address is not the registered address
• More than 1 handset is ordered
• If the card issuer does not reply after 3 days

For the USA, at Customs' discretion, Cellular Phones imported for personal use will not be taxed. We will provide all the necessary documentation for FedEx to clear customs on your behalf. This is all included in the shipping fee.

For Canada, customers will need to pay the import tax (maybe around 14%). Please contact your local Customs office for further information.

SIM Cards

Some newer phones will not work properly with the older generation of SIM Cards. Even new SIM cards, may need to get a SIM update from the network. Service providers' Customer Service will help in resolving such problems.

Other Networks

Other networks (non-GSM) use different systems like CDMA and D-AMPS. Therefore a SIM Free GSM phone that you buy in the UK would not work on such a network.
